The Productivity Services Division the foundation stone from which the company developed, offers a wide range of services allied to the development of improved working methods, Plant and workplace layout, work standards and costing information.

The services are offered by the provision of experienced professionals that can assist or undertake the project as a turnkey assignment, or by utilising the Training Courses that we provide to train your own staff in order that they can assist our engineers or undertake the work required themselves.

In addition to the provision of the above services, a range of computer based support systems can be used, as appropriate, to collect and analyse data during client commissioned projects.

What is new from TMS

TIMES

TIMES is a synthetic data blocking system designed to create process times for virtually any operation that has a defined method laid down, it can also be used as a tool for comparison of different methods or for developing new methods, for lean manufacturing engineers it proportions the work to added value and non added value automatically thus highlighting potential areas for improvement. Data is based on a Predetermined Motion Time System (PMTS)
