MOST® IN THE UK

Telford Management Services was the first organisation in the UK to realise the potential of MOST® in the improvement of productivity and the establishment of lean manufacturing data, we have trained in excess of 2,500 engineers in the technique and this figure rises each year as more companies appreciate its potential.

TMS offer a full range of training services covering the complete range of MOST® techniques together with guided application, our instructors have many years experience in the training field as well as ongoing practical knowledge of the requirements of industry.

Our computerised MOST® Data Handling system (TEL-Data) was developed from our practical experience and knowledge of the requirements of industry, it can provide a full SOP with photographs, Tooling, Quality and Health and Safety information. It is available to run on a stand alone basis or can be configured to provide a full network system. It is maintained fully by TMS staff based in the UK providing a quick and efficient service.
