Managing Productivity Improvement - PT16

Experience and reports indicate that on average
40-50% of staff time is wasted in companies. Whilst this figure can vary widely from
company to company, and between departments, even the best run companies will find that
between 15-20% of staff time is unproductive. This course highlights where time and
money is lost and introduces a number of proven approaches to reducing this loss and
improving staff performance.
